Chithambara Weightlifting students honored by school today

Thasanthi Ramakrishnan, K.Joheswari and A.Sinthu - the three female students who have achieved success in weight lifting of 'All Island school games 2015' were honored today (26) morning by Valvai Chithambara college.
Having garlanded, the winning students were invited to the school auditorium with a band paly performed by the students.
This special event begun with points of celebration, in which the school head appreciated students, staff and school accomplishments.
The participants included school's trainer C.Thivagar, External trainer Mr.Banurajah and parents of the winners.
While Thasanthi Ramakrishnan secured 3rd place in '69 KG' compition, K.Joheswari secured 3rd place in '58 KG' compition and A.Sinthu had secured 4th place in '62 KG' compition
